print advert research
The print advert features several conventions, such as a close up portrait image of the star. Just below the centre of the print advert lies the artists name and the album name just underneath. These two texts have the largest fonts overall so that the audiences attention is drawn to the artist's name for greater publicity. Below lies a quote or star rating from institutions associated with music magazines or music providers. In the bottom corners/ centre, features the record label and the name of the provider of the album, e.g. 'iTunes' or 'HMV'.
